Win a Mini Sunsation Set from Ancient Stones *3 winners*

I absolutely love the look of mineral make up. It's natural and fresh looking and is much easier to apply than traditional cream or liquid cosmetics. The only problem that I have with mineral make up is that it doesn't always last as long on as traditional cosmetics. I find that I occasionally have to reapply it especially on my cheeks which is really where I like to have the most coverage due to uneven skin tone.

I've sort of resigned myself to stopping into the bathroom to touch up my make up throughout the day which is rather annoying when I'm on the run or at work and don't have easy access to a mirror. Ancient Stones Nurturing Naturals has created the Ancient Elixir Setting Spray that is designed to give your face a smooth air brushed look and to keep make up looking freshly applied all day with no smudging or creasing.

I first used the Ancient Elixir Setting Spray on a weekend when I had a demo at work. I was stuck at a demo table for four hours and unable to leave the area. Generally by the end of the day, I look a little bit less than polished so I was curious how the setting spray would work for me.  Ancient Stones Ancient Elixir Setting Spray is a combination of distilled water, silver and copper. Silver is antibacterial and copper gives the appearance of more elasticity to the skin.

After applying my mineral make up that morning, I used a few sprays of the Ancient Stones Ancient Elixir Setting Spray on my face. The spray was cold and instantly refreshing. It does leave your face wet for a moment but just don't touch it and in a few seconds, it dries. After my demo was done, I glanced in the mirror and was quite pleased to see that my make up wasn't anywhere near as smudged as normal. There were no creases on the eyeshadow on my eyelids & my cheeks were relatively well set as well.  I definitely feel that this spray helps keep your make up set for the day.

Orglamix Mineral Make Up - Blogmania Sponsor

It's no secret that I love cosmetics. My make up bag overflows with a variety of products made to enhance and sometime hide the way I look. I think that my daughter has inherited my passion for cosmetics. While my tastes tend to run to the more subdued, hers run to knock your socks off and WOW! That's okay though, it means she won't steal as much of my make up.

I only foresee one problem with this dual love of cosmetics. We are both in love with the organic mineral eye make up at Orglamix. When I was given the chance to sample three of the amazing eye make up shades from Orglamix I started browsing their huge selection of colors and immediately fell in love with three that would be just perfect for me. Of course, Sarah17 happened to see me browsing through make up and decided she desperately needed more eye shadow. Of course, she doesn't need more eye shadow since her make up bag is almost as full as mine but being the good mom, I decided to share.

I don't worry about the quality of Orglamix cosmetics because they are 100% pure minerals that are free of preservatives, talc, oil, waxes, fragrance, and other harmful chemicals that can irritate skin and cause breakouts. We chose Acai which is a deep purple, Bermuda which is a knock your socks off kind of blue and Lemongrass which is a soft green. Can you guess which ones are Sarah17's choices?  I love the colors that Orglamix offers.  Their mineral eye shadow stays on well and I've always enjoyed the products I've received from them.

Orglamix is having some technical difficulties with their site right now but they will be back up and running soon.  They're also one of my Blogmania sponsors so make sure you stop back Saturday to enter to win a prize package that includes 3 eye shadows from Orglamix!

My thanks to Orglamix for allowing me to review these products.
