I love a clean house and the way the floor shines when I've finished mopping it. With a busy household, I find myself cleaning the floor several times a week to take care of foot prints, paw prints and cat hair. Have you considered what those paw prints mean? Try as I might, I cannot keep one of our cats off the counter in the kitchen. She likes to play in the sink. Now I don't need to worry about what she's being exposed to.

I also had a chance to try the floor cleaner concentrate. It works great on my hardwood floors and its' safe for sealants and finishes. There are no sodium lauryl sulfates, artificial fragrances, dyes or preservatives plus it has a low suds formula. It works on tile, laminate, marble, ceramic, linoleum, stone and hardwood. You just need 3 oz in one gallon of water so it lasts a long time and works great. I really like the lemon scent from the lemongrass oil. It leaves the kitchen smelling fresh and clean.

I think my favorite product from Aussan Natural is their Cat Odor Eliminator. We have three cats. No matter how many times I scoop the cat box and put in fresh litter, there are times it has an odor. There's nothing I hate more than being able to smell that we have cats. Yuck! The Cat Odor Eliminator naturally neutralizes smells at the source without just masking them. Mrs. Meyers Clean Day products

I know that spring is going to be here any day now despite the three feet of snow outside on the ground. I'm sure it will be. Each day gets a little bit longer and the sun shines just a little bit brighter. That bright sunshine streaming through my windows reminds me that it's time for spring cleaning again!

I make sure that my spring cleaning is done with products that are safe for the environment, my kids, and my pets. Clean to me doesn't mean covered with strange sounding chemicals. It's completely possible for your house to be spotlessly clean while using things that come from nature itself.


Mrs. Meyer's Clean Day products are cruelty free, never tested on animals and are biodegradable. Bottles are made with at least 25% post consumer plastic. They work hard to clean your house and contain naturally occurring ingredients and essential oils that are tough on dirt and grime, but gentle on your home and the earth.

I had a chance to try a few products from Mrs. Meyers. There cleaning products are available in a variety of scents including lemon verbena, geranium, lavender, and basil. I love that the scents come from essential oils and not fake fragrances. I really fell in love with the lemon verbena scent. For some reason, a lemon scent always means clean to me.

Mrs. Meyer's Clean Day Countertop Spray works great on your non-porous surfaces like finished wood and tile floors, countertops, walls, porcelain, bathroom fixtures and more. You just spray it on and wipe it off. I really put this one to the test and used it on the metal backsplash behind the stove. I'm pleased to say that it worked well to remove the build up it accumulated. The whole kitchen had the amazing scent of lemon by the time I was done. What an awesome way to clean!

I ha the same wonderful experience with the Mrs. Meyer's Clean Day Lemon Verbena scent liquid dish soap. It really cut through the grease and still managed to be very gentle on my hands. I really loved the scent of the lemon verbena. I only needed one squirt of dish soap to get a full load of dishes clean. I love that the ingredients in this dish soap are 97% derived naturally!

I also received the Mrs. Meyer's Clean Day Automatic Dish Packs in Geranium scent.  I can't test these myself since I don't have a dishwasher but I forwarded them to my mom for her opinion.  She was extremely impressed with how well they worked.  She doesn't normally use *green* cleaners and felt that these worked just as well as the brand of automatic dish packs she was currently using. She also really enjoyed the geranium scent.
