From the book:

It's time to pursue your dreams. Have daily demands caused you to set aside your goals and dreams? How might your life be different if you took a few minutes every day for 21 days to put your dreams on "project status"?
**************
The Me Project encourages women to take small, doable tasks each day to achieve the dreams they may have set aside to raise a family or have a job. It helps women rediscover God's plan for their lives and offers suggestions to achieve your goals. It offers suggestions for determining what your talents are and teaches you how to take reasonable steps and develop a time line to achieve your goals.

Each chapter represents a different project to do that will help you not only find out what your goals and dreams are but will also help you achieve them.  It encourages you to pick a dream (or several), brainstorm ways to achieve it, journal, network and come up with a plan. Each step is broken down into small, achievable steps. It also encourages you to look deep to know what God's dreams are for you.  It encourages you to pray and listen to what God is saying to you through verses in the Bible or things that may be happening in your life.

I definitely recommend this book to anyone who is looking for the motivation and encouragement to achieve their dreams.  It's doable even in the small amounts of time that an overworked mom has available in her day. It's Christ centered which is often missing in many books geared toward achieving your dreams.  It's also a great, motivational read.  Kathi Lipp has a wonderful writing style that I could easily identify with.
