Exercise is part of my daily (almost) routine. It helps maintain my weight and it helps me feel good and look good. Now, exercise is not necessarily my favorite thing in the world to do. I admit it. I'd much rather sit in a big comfy chair with a cup of tea and a cupcake. That's not going to work well for me so exercise it is!
