Crystal Light Pure Fitness beverage

Watching my weight isn't easy and I am always aware of what I'm eating and drinking and how many calories is in what I consume. The last thing I want to do is drink away any of the calories I'm allowed for the day. I want to make sure I get enough liquids during the day but I'm really not all that fond of plain water. The last thing I want to do is drink any of those artificially sweetened drink mixes but I still want to make sure I'm hydrated. What to do?

Crystal Light Pure Fitness contains no artificial sweeteners, flavors or preservatives. It's a fitness beverage that contains electrolytes to aid with hydration. Now because it has no artificial sweeteners, you might expect it to be loaded with calories. But it contains Truvia brand sweetener so it only has 15 calories in each 16.9 fluid ounce. I love that it doesn't have artificial sweeteners in it and at 15 calories, this is definitely doable for me.

Crystal Light Pure Fitness is perfect to use at home or on the go. Each drink mix comes in it's own packet. You just tear the top off & pour it into a bottle or glass of water. This is perfect for me. I am on the road some days & I don't want to be tempted by sodas at the drive through window. I always get a bottle of water (or bring my own from home) so I can just pour in one of these Crystal Light Pure Fitness packets and I have my own drink whenever I want it.  I really appreciate the convenience of these packets.

Crystal Light Pure Fitness comes in a variety of different flavors including grape, strawberry kiwi, mixed berry, lemonade, and tropical blend.  Grape and Strawberry Kiwi contain electrolytes to help aid hydration during light physical activity when you consume one packet (two servings). I had a chance to try the grape flavor and I have to tell you I really enjoyed it.  It's light and refreshing with just the right amount of sweetness.
