The #1Days to a New Me project as part of the Lean 11 is coming to a close. I was happy to have found that with the help of exercise and healthy eating choices like Lean Cuisine and Skinny Cow I was able to keep off the weight I lost last year and stay just about at goal weight.
I really want to be able to work in more exercise each day but I don't seem to have the motivation to do more than 30 minutes each day consistently. I know that will change this summer when I can walk again outside here in Vermont. The gardening and other outside chores will help too.
I enjoyed the different varieties of Lean Cuisine I got to try. I really had no idea there were so many different tastes! I had a chance to sample dishes that were Oriental, Mexican, Italian and American. I loved the ravioli dishes I tried and the chicken parmesan. Those were probably two of my very favorites. I loved the Skinny Cow ice cream sandwiches. I don't do a lot of ice cream in the winter time but I look forward to trying more of their products once the weather is warmer.
