STRIDE Everyday Power Panty Party #StrideEveryday

Light leak protection is not something I generally talk to people about. But for many women it's a common, everyday occurrence. Light bladder leaks happen. Pregnancy, coughing, laughing, exercise and even aging can contribute to the problem. It's embarrassing and inconvenient. Many women use disposable pantiliners to deal with the problem but it's not an idea solution.

Tuesday night I had a group of friends over to talk about STRIDE Everyday Power Panties which are panties with built in light bladder protection. They're not your normal bladder protection product. I had the party with a pink theme because hey... we're all girls here right? We played some fun games and gave away prize packs to the winners. We lit some pink candles, did our nails with pretty pink nail polish, had some yummy pink sugar cookies and had a great time. Here are some photos from our party.
