This was super easy to load but they have a very helpful video on their website and step by step photo instructions as well to walk you through the process.   I like that I can use it horizontally or vertically depending on what it is that I want to frame.  It's nice and sturdy and I know that with the puncture resistant insert, I'm going to be using this for a long time.
