At the end of a long day, one of the first things I look for is a few moments to gather my thoughts and relax. A warm fire in the wood stove, a flickering candle on the entertainment center, a hot cup of tea and soft music all set the stage for a little bit of peace in my life after the kids have headed up to bed. That type of setting gives my overworked mind a little bit of time to relax. I can close my eyes, listen to the music and smell whatever scent is coming from my candle.
