Zone 1 2 3 by Dr. Sears

You may remember last week that I wrote about the Zone 1 2 3 Diet by Dr. Sears.  I shared with you a few of the meals I had created using their foods.  I told you I'd be back again this week to share a few more meals I created and here I am. For the most part I am really enjoying the foods from Zone Foods. I can use the ingredients in a wide variety of different recipes including the ones included with the food package I received.  There are tons of different combinations of meals I can create especially when I add in some low fat dairy, fruits and vegetables.

Here are a few yummy choices from this week:

Granola (absolutely delicious - one of my favorites)

Bagel chips with crab salad (love this!)

Sesame Pretzel (good but needs salt)
