You may remember
last week that I wrote about the Zone 1 2 3 Diet by Dr. Sears. I shared with you a few of the meals I had created using their foods. I told you I'd be back again this week to share a few more meals I created and here I am. For the most part I am really enjoying the foods from Zone Foods. I can use the ingredients in a wide variety of different recipes including the ones included with the food package I received. There are tons of different combinations of meals I can create especially when I add in some low fat dairy, fruits and vegetables.
Here are a few yummy choices from this week:
Ham sandwich on multigrain bread - Definitely like the multigrain bread!
Tomato soup with croutons - I think the croutons are my favorite food yet!
Egg salad sandwich on sandwich roll - I think I will try this toasted next time!
