When I was younger, a quick wash of my face with a bar of soap was all I ever concerned myself with. I used no toners, no cleansers, no moisturizers and no serums. I never gave my skin a second thought after that quick wash and I rarely had any problems.

I'm not exactly sure what RareMinerals ActiveSoil Complex is but I can tell you that when I looked at the ingredients, I was pleased to see the Deep Cleansing Foam contained things like grape seed oil, avacado oil and starfruit which is noted for its Vitamin C content.  Grape Seed Oil and Vitamin C are potent antioxidants.  Avocado Oil is high in Vitamins A, E and D and acts as an emollient that softens skin and improves hydration.  The Purely Nourishing Moisturizer contained similarly impressive ingredients like South African Resurrection Plant which is known for its regenerating powers and soothing plant extracts and vitamins to help protect, calm and brighten your skin.

I've been using the BareMinerals products for about a week now. I can't say that I've seen a difference in my pore size yet but I can definitely tell you that my skin is less red and splotchy now than before.  It also has a brighter look to it. I used both first thing in the morning and my skin is hydrated and soft.  There really isn't a scent to the bareMinerals skincare items. No worries about it clashing with body lotions or perfume.   I love how thick the cleansing foam is.  It has such an amazingly rich lather that I could really tell it was working to remove the impurities from my skin.  The moisturizer was very light and delicate and didn't leave any residue on my skin to interfere with my cosmetics.
