Suncoat - Beautiful Nails Naturally

I absolutely love painting my nails. It's one of those girly, pampering tasks that I take total pleasure in. You never know what kind of amazing colors I'll be sporting on my nails from one day to the next. I may have a neon pink at the beginning of the week, a metallic blue at the end of the week and a glittery silver color over the weekend. It all depends on my mood, what I'm wearing and even the weather.

My 17 year old daughter seems to be following in my footsteps when it comes to my passion for nail fashion. I never see her without her finger and toenails painted in some neon shade of the rainbow. When I was her age, there was no such thing as natural nail care so we gladly covered our nails in toxic chemicals for the sake of looking good and never gave it a second thought.

Now we know that toluene, formaldehyde, acetates and phthalates are bad for not only the environment but they're bad for us too. Releasing toxic chemicals into the air and my body for the sake of beautiful nails is not really something I want to do.  I recently learned about Suncoat Water Based Nail Polish.  It's the only long-lasting quick drying nail polish on the market and it allows me to have beautiful  nails without exposure to the toxic chemical fumes of other nail polishes. After repeated use, chemical solvents in conventional nail polish, can discolor nails and make them brittle and weak. This doesn't happen with Suncoat.

I received the Suncoat Water Based Nail Polish in Copper as well as the top coat.    I used two coats of the Copper to get a rich metallic look on my nails and then followed up with one coat of the top coat for added protection.  I was really pleased with the Suncoat polish. It lasted me several days without noticing a chip which is pretty impressive for the amount of wear my nails receive.  I could have probably had even longer coverage if I had used two or three coats of the top coat instead of just one.  The top coat looks milky in the bottle but it dries totally clear.

Nail Polish for Children Fairy Glitter Nail Polish 8 MLThe copper is a vegan  nail polish as is the top coat.  You can see their full list of nail polishes here. They have a really great selection from clear to pink to blue and green. I don't normally wear copper/orange colored nail polish but I had a pair of brown Victoria's Secret corduroy pants that really needed some color and I decided this nail polish would look amazing with them. I was totally right.  I cannot tell you how many compliments I have received over the past several days on the color of the Copper Suncoat nail polish.  It's gorgeous!  Sadly, Sarah17 has decided she loves the color as well and has absconded with both Copper and Top Coat to add to her collection.

Suncoat also offers a line of Suncoat Girl Peelable Nail Polish for little girls.  There are eight vibrant nail polish colors that can be peeled off after soaking your little girl's nails. These nail polishes are suitable for little girls ages 3 and up.  Also available from Suncoat are a variety of cosmetic products including eyeliner, lip gloss, mascara, eyeshadow, foundation and hair styling aids.
