I have always loved Greek yogurt but many are so high in fat that I just don't let myself eat it often.  Now that Yoplait Greek is available in my area, I can enjoy it much more often. I eat yogurt once or twice a day as a snack and the higher level of protein in the Yoplait Greek means that my snack will keep me feeling full longer which will help control my urge to eat things I shouldn't be eating.  There's also no high fructose corn syrup or artificial sweeteners in it which is a HUGE plus in my book!  It's even gluten free so I can feel confident in sharing this with Sarah17.  This is definitely one of my favorite Greek yogurts.  I'm hoping that a few of the other flavor varieties will be available in my stores soon.
